WHAT WE DO
Grow Fast is a digital partnership. We work with five companies at a time, acting as each one’s technical leadership and product team. Most of our partners come to us from a dev agency, usually with the same story: months of sprints, a pile of change requests, and nobody who treats the product as their own. That’s the gap we fill.
THE TEAM
Jake Holmes
Technical Leadership & Development
Jake leads technical strategy and AI-first development across all partnerships. He started his career as a software engineer, spent several years building and scaling products for early-stage companies, and founded Grow Fast after watching too many founders get burned by agencies that treated their product like a ticket queue. He still writes code on every engagement, and the architecture decisions are his to defend.
Meghan Thorneloe
Operations & Process
Meghan runs operations and process across our partnerships. Her background is in chemical engineering, where getting a process wrong has consequences. She runs our engagements the same way: structured, documented and moving. She is the reason things actually get done.
